Richard Thomas

Richard Earl Thomas became a huge industry hit after he appeared as the aspiring author of the hit CBS drama series The Waltons. His sensational portrayal of his character earned him a couple of nods coming from his peers in the industry and he even got himself a couple of merits such as two Golden Globe Awards and two from the Emmys, winning one of them during the process. He still continues his striving career in Hollywood and made a huge noise for his part in FX Television Network’s spy series The Americans.

Aside from acting, he also widened up his spectrum of skills as a movie producer and a director. In fact, he’s responsible for directing a couple of episodes of The Waltons back in the days and that goes to show the overall skills he has in his bag of tricks. He’s still giving all he’s got even if he’s approaching his 70s.
