However, the Unforgiven star also has a talent for real estate investing. He reportedly put this hacienda-style mansion in California up for sale for $9.75 million back in 2017. This California home may be only one of the many properties that Mr. Eastwood owns but is arguably one of the most memorable. If sold, he would make a pretty penny, given he’s acquired the investment property through a trust for $3.925 million back in 1994. Selling a property in today’s market would yield at least twice or thrice the original amount, giving the western movie actor the leverage to buy a new house. Moreover, the fact that this home is said to have “hosted iconic dinner parties for artists, authors, dignitaries, and musicians from around the world” would probably give the new owners a lot to brag about.
