JASON PRIESTLEY – $2 MILLION, STUDIO CITY, CA

Canadian-American actor, director, and 90’s heartthrob, Jason Priestley, who’s better known for playing Brandon Walsh in the hit ’90s television series Beverly Hills, 90210, reportedly sold this Toluca Lake home for $2 million back in 2014. The 3,266 square-foot investment property was built in 1990. It had gone through a moderate amount of renovation to fit the ’90s heartthrob’s tastes, such as flagstone walkways leading to the Mediterranean-style house’s front door.

The home boasts three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a sizable pool, and a spa area. It looks like Mr. Walsh—er, we mean, Mr. Priestley—sold the home for a tad bit cheaper than what he spent to acquire it since he reportedly purchased the residence for $2.14 million in 2007. We don’t think that these investments aren’t good for anyone as he took a $140,000 loss on the value. Well, if you’re a millionaire, we don’t see any problem with that.
