The main residence, which she sold for $5.1 million from an original price of $5.3 million, is a colonial-inspired home that she bought in 2002. O’Donnell made a pretty penny from that particular sale since she reportedly purchased it for $2.9 million back then, which is why making investments in real estate is a wise move to make for anyone.
