DEMI LOVATO – $2.2 MILLION, TOLUCA LAKE

Demi Lovato is one of the most beloved singer-songwriters of her time. She started her career as a cast member of the children’s TV show Barney and Friends. She has also been inducted by Time Magazine to their “100 Most Influential People” list. Demi is one of the most versatile performers active today and perhaps adding to her list of talents is her taste in real estate homes.

While many of her fans thought that she owned this $2.2 million mansion in Toluca Lake, Lovato herself confirmed through social media that she was only renting and staying temporarily until she finds her dream house. This piece of news is an old one, however, since Lovato reportedly already left the investment property and has not stayed in it since 2014. We’re not sure if this home with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms is still on the market, but if the photos are any indication, it does look like a steal.
