Radio host, television host, and producer Ryan Seacrest, who is among the highest-paid television hosts today, reportedly bought this mansion located in one of the poshest places in Beverly Hills from fellow television host Ellen DeGeneres. The price? A whopping $36.5 million! The main house is 9,000 square feet, and it sits on 2.87 acres of land. The investment property reportedly has more than enough space!

Apart from the nine bedrooms and eleven bathrooms in which Seacrest can luxuriate are two additional guest houses within the property, each with its own living space. But Seacrest is now parting ways with his sprawling estate after making it his home way back in 2012. He plans to sell it, hold your hats, for a staggering $85 million! That is more than double the price he bought it in 2012. Indeed, putting up investments for real estate is a great way to make money.
