We’re not sure why he’s offloading the investment property, given it looks like a gem that most would choose to hang onto.

But the new owner will have a lot to be happy about with this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath pad that’s been home to Nick Fury of the Marvel MCU. Jackson hopes to make a multi-million dollar gain on selling his multi-unit condominium on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He initially bought it for $4.8 million back in 2005, and now he’s selling it for a whopping $13 million. Expanding your real estate portfolio is indeed one of the best investments that you can make. Just look at the guy; he could sell it for more than three times the price he bought it for.
