AARON PAUL – $2.2 MILLION, LOS ANGELES

Actor Aaron Paul Sturtevant, who is best known for playing Jesse Pinkman in the multi-award winning AMC television series Breaking Bad, has reportedly let go of this mansion in Los Angeles for $2.2 million. The Spanish Colonial-style home was purchased by Paul for $1.3 million back in 2012 but found its way to the market in 2019 for $2.499 million.

The property served him as his headquarters for around seven years and he already did a couple of renovations around the estate that bumped up the price tag associated with the house. This real estate investment boasts four spacious bedrooms and three and a half bath. It sports a spacious 2,864 square feet of living space, and unblemished views of the city of Los Angeles. It also reportedly has a big screening room, which the new owner will definitely be happy about. After all, it has all of the modern amenities that most people look for.
