DAN BILZERIAN – $90 MILLION, BEL AIR

The occasional actor, professional gambler, and certified Instagram celebrity Dan Bilzerian is reportedly leasing this huge mansion in Bel Air. The land itself is massive and it’s exciting to think about the possibility of Bilzerian expanding his mansion in the future. We’re not sure how much he’s paying to stay in the magnificent investment property, but we do know that it’s been listed for sale for $90 million, which is $10 million less than its initial listing price a few months before.

At such an insane price point, it would serve as an injustice if the house didn’t provide everything Bilzerian needed and more. The property has 12 bedrooms, a bowling alley, a wine cellar, a theater room, and basically everything one could think of. No wonder the man dubbed ‘The King of Instagram’ decidedly rented the place. After all, it’s a place that is fit for a king.
