KEVIN JAMES – $26.4 MILLION, FLORIDA

Actor, comedian, producer, and Adam Sandler groupie, Kevin James, who’s probably best known for playing Doug Heffernan in the hilarious CBS sitcom The Kings of Queens, apparently have had enough of this Florida mansion and listed it for sale for $26.4 million in 2016. The property seems to have appreciated more than the original price as there have been renovations done in the past that have elevated the total value of the estate.

It was reportedly sold shortly after it was listed, and the comedian made a pretty penny, considering he acquired the home for $18 million back in 2012. The new owner will have a lot to be happy about since this home is nowhere near ordinary. It has a saltwater pool as well as a children’s playground that sits on more than an acre of what can only be described as faux grass.
