The American heartthrob is reportedly selling this Montecito mansion in Santa Barbara for $42 million, which is down from the original listing price of $47 million the year before. We’re not sure how much Lowe spent to construct the entire investment property, but he reportedly purchased the land in 2006 for $8.5 million.

Whatever the cause may be, we’re sure he’ll be making a good amount of money from the expected sale. Rob is a tenured actor with a lot of movie appearances and TV experience under his belt. His successful acting career allowed him to reach a net worth of $100 million. With his net worth, Rob can easily manage this property and acquire even more.
