JARED LETO – $2 MILLION, HOLLYWOOD HILLS

Actor, singer, and songwriter Jared Leto, who at 48 years old seems to be aging at a glacier’s pace, reportedly let go of this $2-million mansion in Hollywood Hills and made a cool $400,000 on the sale. He purchased the investment property in 2006 for $1.6 million and decided to sell it so he could transfer five miles down the road to a home that is virtually in the same location. As far as we can tell from the floor plans, the home has four bedrooms, one of which is fitted with a huge walk-in closet, a recording studio, and two kitchens.

Leto really leveraged his creativity, which allowed him to earn tons of money in the process. He’s a popular member of the band “30 Seconds to Mars.” Leto has also starred and produced an extensive list of movies and TV shows. With his current popularity, he’s bound to earn more and eventually purchase more property. Without a doubt, he can do whatever he wants with his amenity-filled $1.6 million Hollywood home.
