Actress, producer, and all-around entrepreneur Reese Witherspoon recently sold her Los Angeles mansion for $17 million, which is $3 million less than the amount she originally listed it for. Witherspoon reportedly purchased the home in 2014 but put it up for sale two years after. She initially wanted $20 million for it, but because the market was lukewarm about the asking price, she wasn’t able to sell it until recently, only after she sliced a huge chunk out of the listing price. But it was still an awesome investment for Witherspoon, who made more than $4 million from the sale since she originally purchased the property for $12.7 million.

Minor property losses and gains don’t worry Reese Witherspoon. The actress/producer still has many film and TV projects lined up for her over the next few years. With this fact, she could quickly increase her current net worth of approximately $200 million. Reese can easily accumulate any luxury home or property that she wants.
