The home, built in the ‘40s, boasts three bedrooms and four bathrooms, a swimming pool, and a grand spa. The master room has a large window, allows Evans to enjoy most of the daylight.

There is also a separate apartment to receive guests. Outdoor has a patio with a fireplace and swimming pool. The residence is very elegant and stylish. The white walls and interior accessories provide a sense of purity and contrast with some dark furniture. The price Evans was able to acquire the home for is said to be $20,000 more than its initial listing price. A bidding war ensued, and Evans happily won.
