PATRICK DEMPSEY – $14.5 MILLION, MALIBU

Actor and race car driver, Patrick Dempsey, a teen heartthrob in the ’80s and renowned for his role as Dr. Derek “McDreamy” Shepherd in the hit medical drama series Grey’s Anatomy, is reportedly selling his Malibu mansion for $14.5 million. And, the pictures reveal a home that is as dreamy as McDreamy himself. The 5,500-square-feet home reportedly has three bedrooms only, but, boy, are they among the nicest bedrooms one can have. We’re not sure if the investment property has already sold, but it has been on the market since 2015.

Besides “Grey’s Anatomy”; Dempsey had a good number of successful film projects. He’s also starting to produce his original movies. With all that he is currently doing, it’s understandable how Dempsey earned $80 million and many investments in his career. This $14.5 million Malibu mansion should be easily paid in no time, including the costs that it’ll take to maintain it.
