If power equals fame, wealth, and influence, then Beyoncé & Jay Z are arguably one of the most powerful couples in Hollywood today. Indeed, they collectively have a net worth of more than $1 billion. So it’s unsurprising that they would go over-the-top with this Bel Air mega-mansion, which they’ve reportedly purchased for $88 million in 2017. They even got it at a discount since the home listed for $120 million. The investment property sits on 1.88 acres of land and unbelievably was acquired by the previous owners for only $15 million back in 2013.

Both artists have been able to release a long list of successful studio albums. They also went on concerts and tours that have generated massive amounts of money and investments. In turn, it’s only right that they spoil themselves and their child with this $88 million estate. Given that the power couple is still generating tons of money to this day, it’s only a matter of time before they get another property.
